Pho Da Son pagoda - Da Nang city
Pho Da Son mountain pagoda is in a small cave of Duong Hoa Son. There still remain 3 words ‘Duong Hoa Son’ which were written in Chinese by king Minh Mang in 1837. Walking down the perron behind the pagoda, you will get to a path which leads to the river and the Fishman Grotto.
This path is called ‘King Road’. In the ground, a 5-meter high statue of Quan The Am is placed on the tortoise shaped pedestal. In the Main Hall, Di Da Budda is worshiped. Two sides are Quan The Am Statue and Dai The Chi Bo Tat one. The altars where worship Long Than and Ho Phap is in front of the Main Hall ‘s door. Pho Da Mountain pagoda is the only one leaded by nuns.
